When will I get my order?
All orders are processed as pre-orders. Delivery usually takes 5–9 working days after your order is placed. We work with BobGo trusted couriers such as The courier guy and Fastway to ensure your order is delivered as quickly and safely as possible.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you ship across South Africa?
Yes. We deliver nationwide across South Africa in all 9 provinces. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped so you can follow your delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Our standard shipping is R60. We also offer free shipping on all orders over R1,300. The final shipping fee will always be shown before you complete your purchase.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the limited and pre-order nature of our drops, we currently only accept returns or exchanges for faulty or damaged items. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
How do your sizes fit?
Our oversized T-shirts are designed for a relaxed, loose fit.
Our slim fit crop tops are designed to fit close to the body.

Are your drops limited?
Yes. All Teenage Misfits drops are limited. Once items sell out or the pre-order window closes, restocks are not guaranteed.
